Whirling Dervish Annual Big Sale and Charity Bring & Buy
Date: 6-7 February 2010
Venue: Urban Dervish shop
Time: 10am-5pm (Sat); 11am-2pm (Sun)
Cost: £1 entrance to the Bring & Buy sale

Re-vamp your wardrobe and find new treasure! 30% off regular prices, £1 bargain box, half price on selected items.

Charity Bring & Buy: bring your unwanted items for the sale labelled individually with your name, address and asking price (and a full list of your items).

Entrance fee to bring & buy is £1 for buyers. Sellers pay commission on goods sold. Donations of clothing or cash accepted. No toys or electrical items please. Unwanted Christmas gifts or non-bellydance items accepted. Goods accepted from next weekend and all unsold items must be collected within one week of the end of the sale (otherwise they will be kept and sold on for charity at the next event).

The proceeds will be split between Sandstorm fundraising and Sandstorm’s named charity for 2010 (tbc).

Circle of Sound Drum Group

“Down to Basics”

A good starting point to introduce you to basic rhythms needed for bellydance. Try out your drumming skills. All welcome. Drums available to borrow for the session or bring your own.

£8 for beginners; £4 for improvers upwards who might wish to come and warm up with this session. Attention will focus on complete beginners. Feel free to record the session or bring a note pad.
